Vancouver coffee brand's huge new roastery and cafe to open next week

After announcing plans for a new HQ in January, Pallet Coffee Roasters is finally almost ready to welcome Vancouverites into its stunning new Railtown space.

This 7,000-sq.ft. 395 Alexander Street spot (in The Settlement Building) is slated to open on November 4.

The space will serve as the brand’s head office, roastery, and primary training area.

With a bigger production area and an extended menu of elevated offerings and services, it’s safe to say we’re excited to check out the much-loved coffee purveyor’s sixth Vancovuer outpost.

Pallet operates cafes in Kitsilano, Oak Street, Hastings, Kingsway, and a relatively new Howe store as well.
