Palate Kitchen opens in Vancouver February 6

The day has come for Vancouver’s newest brunch spot, Palate Kitchen, to open its doors on February 6.

The 848 W Hastings Street eatery is brought to us by the same team as Pallet Coffee Roasters, a Vancouver-based Third Wave Coffee producer with six cafes in town (including a new HQ location in Railtown).

The stunning new brunch spot is housed in a Georgian Revival Style heritage building, Jameson House, just steps away from new-ish eateries like Greek joint Hydra and cocktail destination Open Outcry.

Palate will be open Monday to Friday from 8 am to 3 pm and weekends from 9 am to 4 pm. You can find the front of house coffee bar open Monday to Friday from 7 am to 5 pm.
