Overnight lane closures planned for Lions Gate Bridge

Drivers are being advised of overnight lane closures scheduled for the Lions Gate Bridge beginning Thursday and continuing through the weekend.
The provincial government says the closures are necessary for joint and bearing repairs on the bridge.

Closures will be in place during the following times:
- 10 pm on Thursday, November 21 to 5 am on Friday, November 22
- 8 pm on Saturday, November 23 to 8 am on Sunday, November 24
“The sidewalks will remain open for pedestrians and cyclists. However, drivers should expect delays during this period and may want to consider an alternative route,” said the BC Ministry of Transportation in a statement.
