Oscars 2020: The best-dressed celebrities on the red carpet

The 92nd Academy Awards (AKA the most star-studded event of the entire year) took over the Dolby Theatre in LA last night. Every year, the style hit and miss outfits always surprise us — and the 2020 Oscars were no exception.

Glamour filled the awards ceremony with Chanel, Versace, and Dior, emerging as popular choices among the stars. Spike Lee even paid a moving tribute to Kobe Bryant in a custom purple and gold Gucci suit with the late NBA legend’s retiring number “24” embroidered on the back and into his lapels.

The winners of the night? Parasite took home the Oscar for Best Picture, Renée Zellweger won the Actress in a Leading Role for Judy, Joaquin Phoenix landed the Actor in a Leading Role for his performance in Joker, Brad Pitt’s part in Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood saw him receive the Actor in a Supporting Role Oscar, and Laura Dern won Best Actress in a Supporting Role for Marriage Story.
