Hand-pulled noodle spot opens new Vancouver location with American retro vibes

In case you missed the news, the longstanding noodle shop Old Xian’s Food is gearing up to open its fourth Metro Vancouver location right here in the city.
Located at 4008 Cambie Street, the restaurant is taking over the former space of Taiwanese eatery Corner 23.
Old Xian’s shared an inside look at the new location on its Instagram and some details on the food offerings.

The interior, which Old Xian’s Food describes as “American retro,” features two different areas, one for grab-and-go options and the other for dining in.
The grab-and-go side of the restaurant features three large refrigerators that will hold a variety of quick meals for you to enjoy, such as sandwiches, sushi, and bento boxes. It also features a microwave for you to warm up any food and small tables for those wanting a quick bite before continuing on with their day.
On the other side is the dine-in area, which offers plenty of seating. Old Xian’s said it plans to offer a wider variety of dishes, too.
