Feb 14 2020, 5:00 pm

It’s no secret that Vancouver is seriously into brunch.

Whether it’s a quick over-the-counter avo toast or a four-course mid-morning feast with glass upon glass of mimosas, this city has enough brunches to fill up your weekends this month about 100 times over.

While there is already a huge selection of awesome spots, there are a few noteworthy ones you’ve got to make your priority.

Here are four new and intriguing brunch spots to try in Vancouver.

Palate Kitchen

The name of the game here is elevated (yet affordable) brunch and specialty coffee. The menu has all the classics and then some, like the Palate Burger topped with a fried egg and a suped-up avocado toast piled high with mixed green on fresh sourdough, to name a few.
