
Good news book lovers, the Vancouver Public Library (VPL) has announced the reopening of five branches additional across the city next week.
VPL says its Kerrisdale,Ā Marpole, Mount Pleasant,Ā Terry Salman, and West Point Grey branches will be reopening on September 8.

šSept. 14th onwards the Central Library is open Mon-Sat & the Hamilton St. book drop is open 24/7.

Currently, VPL is offering services to visitors including computer access, borrowing and returning materials, and picking up holds. Takeout service is being offered at select locations as well.
The VPL says its Central Library branch located atĀ 350 W Georgia Street will also be extending its opening times and will open from Monday to Saturdays starting September 14.
Loans are extended and fines continue to be suspended at this time.
