Montrealers forced to push STM buses out of the snow just to get home (VIDEO)

A major winter storm has hit Montreal dumping 31.6 cm of snow on the city yesterday… with more on the way.

Of course, with weather conditions like these, transit delays are to be expected.

Perhaps most entertaining of all (if you’re cozy indoors anyway) is this footage uploaded to Facebook showing Montrealers pushing bus(es) – yes multiple buses – out of the snow.

The captioned video shows a group of good samaritans freeing one bus first before digging out a second bus with a borrowed shovel and shoving it off… to likely get stuck againn somewhere else.

The video-maker closes with some sage advice after a four-hour commute home:

“Don’t give up… stay home.”
