'Miss Fu in Chengdu' has opened its first Canadian location in Richmond

A Chinese-based restaurant chain has opened its first Canadian location in Metro Vancouver.

Miss Fu in Chengdu is serving up modern Sichuan eats at 8391 Alexandra Road in Richmond, this is the brand’s first-ever international location outside of China.

This spot specializes in dishes like assorted Chengdu-style skewers (the spice level can be customized), fried pork strips, pork hock, and even eats like pig’s brain and chicken gizzard.
