MILA launches new plant-based brunch service in Vancouver
MILA, one of Vancouver’s newest plant-based restaurants, is launching its first-ever brunch service this weekend.
On January 23 the Chinatown restaurant will be launching a menu with a lineup of mid-morning vegan eats including plant-based Benedicts, Breakfast Bao Buns, and PB + J waffles to name a few.

“Our goal with our brunch menu was to utilize the flavour profiles that our guests have come to know and love, in breakfast dishes,” says Breanne Smart, Head Chef.
“We’re really excited to show the city what we’ve been working on these past few months. The dish I’m most excited for everyone to try is the Smoked Lox Benedict – it borrows the flavours from our popular Aburi Lox Oshi, a traditional Bagel & Lox, and a classic hollandaise.”
MILA’s partners include Yoggu, East Van Jam, Tempea, and TMRW Foods, so you can expect to find products from these makers incorporated in dishes on the brunch menu.
In addition to the vegan eats, patrons can expect an extensive cocktail list during brunch, featuring a show-stopping Caesar called “Enter The Dragon” made with vodka, sake, a tower of assorted pickled vegetables, and an Asian Caesar mix infused with soy, miso, and wasabi. Mimosa flights will also be up for order.
This new menu will be available for takeout and delivery through DoorDash, Uber Eats, and SkipTheDishes if you’re not keen to dine-in.
