After two weeks of glorious uninterrupted sunshine, Metro Vancouver is expected to see seven straight days of rain starting this week.
According to Environment Canada, the showers will begin on Tuesday and Wednesday night, although conditions will remain sunny during the day.
Starting on Thursday, rain is expected to take over during the daytime with high chances for precipitation on most days.
The Weather Network’s long-term forecast says showers will continue until next Wednesday, signalling for a rainy Halloween.
While the two-week forecast could quickly change, it’s safe to say that Vancouver will see some form of rain in the coming week. If nothing else, remember to pack your umbrella and get your rain jacket ready.
