McLaren supercar impounded for going over double the speed limit on Granville bridge

A McLaren supercar was one of 10 cars impounded for excessive speeding on the Granville Street Bridge over the long weekend.
According to Sgt. Mark Christensen, Vancouver police set up a speed trap on the bridge on Canada Day. He also tweeted a picture of the cars being towed away.
Happy Canada Day! The blue McLaren was going 130 km/h — over twice the bridge’s 60 km/h speed limit.
A green Challenger was also impounded for going 125 km/h on the bridge.
According to Christensen, a total of 30 speeders were stopped.
