McDonald's adds McPizza Bites, Biscoff McFlurry, and more internationally inspired items to Canadian menus
In case you didn’t know, McDonald’s restaurants all over the world often feature their own exclusive menu items. We were able to see a selection of those items at the most recent Olympics in Paris, where the chains served a variety of different globally inspired options (including Canada’s very own burger). Now, McDonald’s is gearing up to introduce some international favourites to its menus across Canada.
Dubbed the International Menu Heist, the lineup features a variety of offerings from all over the globe. Keep on reading to see everything coming to McDonald’s across Canada.

Teriyaki Chicken Sandwich (Japan)

The Teriyaki Chicken Sandwich comes to us all the way from Japan and features a seasoned chicken patty covered in a sweet and tangy teriyaki sauce and topped with shredded lettuce and mayo-style sauce, served on a sesame seed bun.

The Big Rösti is a beefy burger featuring hickory-smoked bacon, processed cheese, a cheese sauce, and a golden “Rösti” hash brown, all served on a fluffy bun and topped with rolled oats.

Who doesn’t love pizza? These McPizza Bites are filled with mozzarella and tomato sauce inside toasted pizza dough.
Biscoff McFlurry (Belgium)

A Belgian favourite, this dessert features vanilla soft serve swirled together with Biscoff cookie crumbs. The perfect treat to beat the summer heat and to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Whether you’re dipping the new McPizza Bites or the fan-favourite McNuggets, both the Garlic Mayo-Style Sauce from the U.K. and the Sweet Tangy Chili Dip from Australia are here to level up your dipping game.
All of these new menu items are available at participating Canadian restaurants starting June 24 for a limited time.
