Virtual Filipino market "Magkasama" is launching in Vancouver June 15

Jun 10 2020, 9:24 am

Vancouver’s super popular Filipino market, Magkasama (together in Tagalog), is officially making a comeback next week, but this time, virtually.

The modern Filipino market saw huge success during its first two physical events last year, and now, it’s back in a different format suitable for these physically-distant times we’re living in.

With an aim to educate patrons and support Filipino entrepreneurs and their businesses, this time around Magkasama will feature 15 market vendors.

The website will go live on June 15, we’ll share the link as soon as it does. But for now, check out the list of awesome makers you’ll be able to shop:

The market will offer online shopping from June 15 to July 5.

Shoppers will be able to choose designated pick up dates and times between 11 am 6 pm from July 10 and 12 to get their goods at 302 Industrial Avenue in Vancouver.

Our favourite Filipino food truck, Shameless Buns, will be on-site daily during designated pick up dates, so we’d suggest you mark your calendars and come hungry!
