Get ready to try concoctions created by celebrity chefs, talented cooks, and innovative entrepreneurs all weekend long.

From August 9 to 11, the festival will celebrate your favourite noodle-shaped cheese-vessel at Concord Pacific. What better way to celebrate the middle of summer than with mouthwatering eats?

Some of the events most memorable bites from recent years include lobster tail mac and cheese, mac and cheese raclette, cheesed-out tacos (consisting of a cheese shell, stuffed with mac and cheese, topped with more cheese), and mac and cheese filled bao.
