An awesome long table sushi experience is coming to Vancouver
What better way to celebrate National Sushi Day than to head to a feast that celebrates our favourite Japanese export.
The Lobby Lounge and RawBar at the Fairmont Pacific Rim are about to launch a new Omakase Long Table Sushi Experience, which is a family-style sushi service, and it kicks off June 18 (aka National Sushi Day).

Guests are invited to take a seat at the communal tables and enjoy an epic feast brought to us from the mind of Sushi Chef Takayuki (Taka) Omi.
Chef Omi has curated a menu which includes house-made traditional Miso Soup, Ocean Wise Maki rolls, sashimi, nigiri, and rotating chef’s picks, all served on a driftwood longboard by Raven Timberworks out of BC.
You can get in on this experience Monday through Friday from 11 am to 4 pm, reservations are recommended. For groups of four or more, it will cost $50 a head.
This is the first time the Omakase will be available as a group dining experience, so don’t miss out!
