Vancouver's getting a new boozy French brunch this weekend (PHOTOS)
Calling all brunch lovers, there’s about to be another can’t-miss meal to add to your mid-morning bucket list.
Market by Jean-Georges’ new weekend brunch, Belle Provence, kicks off on June 17 and will run until mid-September.
Guests can expect Provençale-inspired dishes on the new brunch menu, including eats like baguette tartines, lavender lemonade popsicles, madeleines, French toast, and of course, rosé!
You’ll feel like you’ve travelled to the South of France when you step out on Market’s Terrace. The decor will be decked out French-style and live music will serve as the soundtrack to your meal.
To take things even further, brunchers can opt for the Picnic En Provence, a basket with provisions for two. This basket is $70 and a bottle Henri Gaillard Côtes de Provence Rosé can also be added to the basket for an additional $30.
Here’s what will be included in the Picnic En Provence.
- pâté de foie de volaille
- lavender saucisson sec
- picholine olives
- marcona almonds
- demi-baguettes
- olive tapenade
- herbed chèvre cheese
- housemade macarons
- clafoutis aux cerises (cherry tart)
The Belle Provence brunch menu and the Picnic En Provence will be offered weekends from 11:30 am to 3 pm.
