The unconventional and possibly fear-inducing dinner party will suspend diners 150 feet up in the air to enjoy their meal in ways never before.
Running from June 23 to July 29, Dinner in the Sky North Vancouver will present brunch, lunch, and dinner offerings from 415 West Esplanade.
The North Vancouver waterfront location will provide a stunning panorama view of the ocean, mountain, and city, and is the first of several other locations to soon be announced.
Curating the dinners is BC-born chef Ned Bell, known for his several appearances on celebrity cooking shows and his role as a sustainable seafood ambassador.
Each meal served by Dinner in the Sky will include a seating for up to 22 guests and four staff, including the chef, two servers, and a safety lead. The floating venue will also feature rotating and reclining seating to allow guests a full 360-degree view.
Eight to ten brunch, lunch, and dinner experiences will be offered each day, all of which include a reception lounge for check-in and pre- and post-dining beverages, canapes, and dessert.
