Le Tigre food truck to hit the streets of Vancouver October 30

Earlier this month we gave you the first look at the new and improved Le Tigre food truck, and now, the concept from the folks behind Torufuku have revealed an official launch date and details.

Vancouverites have been missing Le Tigre’s vibrant Asian eats, so they’ll be relieved to hear that the truck will officially be hitting the streets on Friday, October 30.

The first stop for opening day? 33 Acres, located at 15 W 8th Avenue Vancouver.

You can find the newly wrapped truck and its tantalizing menu of eats at four different locations from Tuesday to Friday.

Le Tigre’s full updated schedule can be viewed on Instagram once it launches. For now, here are some spots you’ll find the highly anticipated vehicle on and after the 30th.

• Tuesday: Broadway & Ash from 11:30 am – 2 pm
• Wednesday: Railway & Jackson from 11:30 am – 2 pm
• Thursday: Granville & 10th from 11:30 am – 2 pm
• Friday: 33 Acres Brewery from 11:30 am – 2 pm
