Tokyo Katsu-Sand food truck now operating in downtown Vancouver

Tokyo Katsu-Sand is the newest spot for Japanese-style katsu sandwiches in town, and its offerings are looking pretty droolworthy.

Folks can find this new food truck located at Granville and W Georgia Street (725 W Georgia Street) open daily from 11:30 am to 6 pm.

Expect an array of handhelds including the Gyu Katsu Sando, the Tonkatsu Sando, the Tofu Katsu Sando, and the Ebi Katsu Sando from the new purveyor.

In addition to these sandwiches, the new truck offers Karaage, Takoyaki, and French Fries as sides too.
