Ladurée reveals new ballet-inspired window for the summer

Jul 14 2016, 11:35 am

Ladurée, the world-renowned luxury French patisserie that opened earlier this year on Robson Street and brought with it a little bit of Paris to Vancouver, sure knows how to catch peoples’ attention.

Not only does the delicate macaron purveyor flaunt an alluring celadon green exterior but it also boasts a fancy-looking window display, which immediately attracts the eye (just like their irresistible double decker treats).

In keeping with the season, Ladurée has unveiled, as of today Thursday, July 14, its new seasonal summer window, which just so happens to coincide with the French national holiday Bastille Day.

Those who drop by the store will now be greeted by a window showcasing the shop’s sophisticated and signature packaging, macaron trees, and pastel gift boxes, which this season depict dainty, twirling ballerinas and tiny, colourful macarons.

Along with spying the refined window display, macaron lovers will be able to find Ladurée’s newly launched four collectable, limited-edition ballerina macaron boxes, as well as tote bags too.

The ballerina limited-edition boxes are available in four different designs, each containing six assorted macarons ($26). Available from July 14, while stocks last.

Here are a few snaps of the recently revealed window and Ladurée’s limited edition ballerina boxes:
