KFC announces new Marvel menu complete with a Doctor Doom-inspired sandwich
We’re getting closer to the release date of the highly anticipated Avengers: Doomsday, and KFC just launched a brand new menu inspired by the MCU’s newest villain: Doctor Doom.
Launching Nov. 9 at participating locations, the new menu includes a lineup of limited-time food and drinks, packaging, and exclusive Marvel-inspired KFC collectible figurines.
“This is KFC’s most expansive joint venture to date, and we can’t wait to welcome guests into our extension of the MCU,” said Scott Mezvinsky, Global CEO of KFC. “We’re not just teaming up with the most anticipated movie of the decade. We’re leaning into its biggest, baddest character, and delivering a menu worthy of the moment. This isn’t just about chicken – it’s about putting KFC at the heart of a global cultural phenomenon in the most epic way we could.”
The new menu features items like a Doom Cola sauce (a sweet, sticky caramelized cola glaze with light smoky BBQ notes) alongside a Smoky Green Mayo and Doom Dust — a vibrant green seasoning with smoky charred lime and chili.
The “Doomified” menu items include:
- Doom Burger: KFC’s Original Recipe (or Spicy/Zinger or Extra Crispy) with lettuce, sliced pickles, Doom Cola sauce, and Smoky Green Mayo on a black sesame bun.
- Doom Dripped Wings: Hot wings dunked in Doom Cola sauce
- Doom Buckets: KFC’s iconic chicken served with Doctor Doom-inspired dipping sauces and Doom Dust
- Doom Loaded Fries: Signature seasoned fries covered in Smoky Green Mayo and Doom Cola sauce, available with or without Popcorn Chicken
- Doom Shake: Vanilla milkshake with chocolate and peppermint sauce (or Green Apple sauce), topped with chocolate cookie crumb
- Doom Supreme Fizz: A layered drink combining sparkling lemonade, green apple syrup (or kiwi), and finished with boba pearls for refreshing bursts of flavour and a Doom-inspired green-and-black look
- Masked Mozza Melts: Three crispy mozzarella sticks served with Smoky Green Mayo or Doom Cola Sauce and Doom Dust
All Doomified menu items will also come in limited-edition packaging featuring a dark, iron-riveted design and Doctor Doom’s mask.
There will also be exclusive Colonel Sanders Cosplay Collection figurines available with any Doom menu purchase, while supplies last. There will be five different looks to collect, each featuring Colonel in a costume inspired by a character in Avengers: Doomsday.
