Kanadell Bakery is having a pop-up in Vancouver on January 25

We’ve had a lot of exciting food to devour in Vancouver lately, and local bakery Kanadell is giving us even more deliciousness this weekend with a pop-up.

On January 25 the much-loved purveyor will be running a pop-up at Commissary Connect (417 Industrial Avenue) from 11 am to 6 pm.

Folks will find a selection of savoury eats such as soups and plates (think beef curry and French Toast) along with a variety of sandwiches made with pork loin cutlet, Japanese egg salad, and Atsuyaki egg to name a few.

Kanadell is widely known for its amazing sweet eats, so naturally, there will be some desserts at the pop-up too.

Saturday’s pop-up will offer seven different cakes including an Earl Great Roll Cake, Japanese Cheese Souffles, Mont Blanc, and Strawberry Short Cake.

While you’re in the area, you might as well check out all-star chocolate and puff cream spot BETA5 — they recently opened a stunning new cafe.
