Juke Fried Chicken to launch epic new brunch menu February 16
An epic new brunch is about to launch in Vancouver, so set your weekend alarms and get ready to enjoy a serious food coma, because Juke Fried Chicken is not messing around with its newest mid-morning spread.
The OG Chinatown location of the much-loved chicken and ribs purveyor has been known to serve a killer brunch since February 2018, and the 182 Keefer Street eatery is upping the ante for 2019, starting this weekend on February 16.

There’s a handful of brand new morsels from this fresh menu to talk about, but the thing we are probably most excited about isn’t even on it.
The Derek is a new “secret” weekend brunch menu item. Made from Juke’s signature fried chicken, cheese sauce, an over easy egg, pickled cabbage, and jalapeños, this combo is sandwiched between two waffle buns, and it’s pretty epic-looking.
Other new creations to highlight include the Smoked Ham & Potato Croquettes served with two poached eggs on croquettes ‘benny style’ with mustard dressing, along with the Juke Scotch Egg served with ham hock mayo, chili, and mixed pickles.

Juke has a sweet treat on its new brunch menu too, as it boasts a Dutch Baby Banana Caramel Pancake topped with peanut butter mousse, homemade jam, and banana caramel.

We can’t forget to mention the Juke Salad, a solid healthier option (if you’re into that kind of thing), which will be available for brunch alongside the restaurant’s signature Chicken and Waffles, Fried Chicken Breakfast Sandwich, and Chicken Hash with a soft poached egg as well.
Juke Chinatown’s brunch is available weekends from 11 am to 3 pm.
