Vancouver gourmet mini donut shop has opened its doors
In case you missed the news, we reported last year about a new gourmet mini donut shop opening in Vancouver. Now, the day has finally come and Holi Doughnuts is open for business.
So, what exactly is a gourmet mini donut? An example on Holi’s Instagram is its Crackling Char Siu, which it describes as sweet and crunchy.

Previously, Holi told Dished that it has two anchor flavours: Legacy Glaze and Cinnamon Sugar. It will also offer rotating flavours that it said will “redefine what a doughnut can be.” Additionally, Holi teased a caviar doughnut is in the works. The spot also serves up pea flower iced tea and cold brew.
Holi is currently open Tuesday to Friday from 11 am to 6 pm or until it is sold out.
