You can visit Vancouver's first-ever Valentine's Day haunted house

For the first time ever, Vancouver will be playing home to Canada’s only Valentine’s Day haunted house.

St. Clementine’s Torture House comes from the brilliant – yet horrifying – minds of the Dream Horror Live Haunted House.

Their legendary haunted house brought fear to Vancouver for 18 years. Although their haunted house last October was meant to be their final event ever, they’ve returned for one more scare.

Dream Horror Live Haunted House is out to spread the word of a local urban legend – St. Clementine. The young, estranged nun was once admitted into the Riverview Hospital. Upon being released from the ward, she was murdered and had her heart removed; they say her ghost now roams Commercial street at night.

The haunted house will feature 20 professional actors, a live crime scene, and participants will even be tied up and blindfolded in a true Valentine’s Day torture house.

It’s an experience that’s to be enjoyed – and feared – by both couples and singles alike.

If you think you have what it takes to brave this terrifying experience, you can get a heart-wrenching scare for only $10.

Proceeds will go to youth playing soccer in East Vancouver.

The house will be open this year on Tuesday, February 13 and Wednesday, February 14 from 7 to 10 pm – if you dare.
