The Greater Vancouver Food Truck Festival to host drive-thru this weekend

After having to cancel its regular lineup of summer events, the Greater Vancouver Food Truck Festival is back with something new.

The organization has announced some physically distant and safe shindigs that folks can look forward to this summer, and it all kicks off this weekend.

On June 13 and 14, the first Drive-Thru Summer Food Truck Festival will be going down at Christian Life Assembly (21277 56 Avenue, Langley City) and Tradex (1190 Cornell Street, Abbotsford), respectively.

The drive-thru model will allow foodies to enjoy their grub and support local purveyors while keeping at a safe distance.

A third drive-thru event will be taking place on June 28 at Tradex as well. All three fests will be happening from 11 am to 6 pm.
