You can fly from Vancouver to Cancun for under $225 this fall and winter

It’s never too early to book your next getaway — especially when the prices are this low.

YVR Deals has just what you need for a fall or winter vacation. You can now fly with Interjet from Vancouver (YVR) to Cancun, Mexico (CUN) for as low as $223 roundtrip.

Travel dates are available from August 2019 to February 2020, with some dates available around Christmas. Roundtrip flights at this time can cost anywhere from $450 to $650.

Keep in mind, however, that you’ll need to pay for checked luggage. Interjet charges $36 for a 55 lb bag each way.

Here’s how to book the flight:

1. Visit the Interjet website.

2. Enter your departing and return location as Vancouver (YVR) and Cancun, Mexico (CUN), respectively.

3. Before proceeding to the next screen, the website will ask you to select your travel dates. To see the full range of prices, click on price calendar.

4. Once you’re at the flight selection screen, look for flights highlighted as “promos.” Ideally, you’ll want departure flights priced at $134 and return flights priced at $89.
