Evo Car Share, Metro Vancouver’s most popular car-sharing service, has launched a new program that could earn you free money.
What Evo is calling their affiliate program essentially allows you to earn money by referring new members.
Evo says that each approved new member that signs up because of your referral will net you $10. The kicker is that if you refer a certain number of members, Evo will give you bonus cash in addition to the money you earn for each referral. If you reach 100 referrals, Evo will provide you with an additional $1,000, meaning you’d earn $2,000 in total.
It’s important to note that you don’t actually need to be an Evo member; you just need to sign up for the affiliate program. It also appears that Evo is gearing the program towards influencers.
Evo’s website says, “Each applicant will be reviewed by the Evo Team to see if they meet our eligibility requirements. Whether you’re an influencer or just a big fan of Evo, you can be an Evo Affiliate!”
Evo is also helping out people who sign up for the affiliate program.
“To help you kickstart your referrals, we’ll send you a toolkit to promote your promo code on your channels.”
There’s also a bonus for anyone who signs up thanks to your referral: They’ll get a free Evo Car Share membership along with 60 free driving minutes.
“This program provides a mutually beneficial way to expand Evo’s reach while rewarding those who share the service with their network.”
The affiliate program is also free to join, and there’s no limit to how much you can earn.
Payments will be sent on the last business day of the same month to members who successfully refer others.
“The rewards will be fulfilled through a third-party partner and can be redeemed in the form of a prepaid credit card or as a gift card that can be used at a selection of vendors.”
Before you try it, you can’t refer yourself; referrals must be for new members only, not for people who have previously signed up.
