Gaming giant Electronic Arts Canada (EAC) recently expanded into a new office space outside of its sprawling Burnaby campus hub.
According to a recent report by NAI Commercial, the company has leased 68,000-sq-ft of space at the Willingdon Park business complex located 4260 Still Creek Drive, just a five-minute drive north from its massive campus at 4330 Sanderson Way.
Up until 2009, Electronic Arts also had a studio space in the top four levels of the Pricewaterhouse Coopers office building near Canada Place, which was moved to its Burnaby campus.
Built in 1998, the main campus in Burnaby spans about 450,000-sq-ft of floor area and employs about 1,300 people. The state-of-the-art game development facility includes the world’s largest motion capture studio, and ample worker amenities such as coffee bars, restaurants, fitness gym, and a full-size soccer field.
Game series titles produced by this studio location include FIFA Soccer, NBA Live, NHL, and Need For Speed.
