Edible Canada has closed its doors after 15 years of operation

Granville Island staple Edible Canada has permanently closed its doors after 15 years of operation.

Edible was known for serving up quality Canadian cuisine made from local ingredients; they also had a killer Caesar on the menu (one of our all-time favourites).

The 1596 Johnston Street eatery thanked customers for the years of patronage in an announcement on their website.

This spot can be added to an ever-growing list of Vancouver restaurants that have closed their doors recently.
