Earnest Ice Cream opening North Vancouver scoop shop this summer

Things are heating up in North Vancouver when it comes to ice cream. Vancouver’s super popular Earnest Ice Cream is gearing up to open a brand new scoop shop in Lower Lonsdale, which means one more chance to get a taste of their signature flavours.

Setting up at 127 West 1st Street, the North Vancouver outpost will be the ice cream maker’s third brick-and-mortar location. Earnest already fills cones, cups, and pints daily out of their Mount Pleasant and Olympic Village locations.

Daily Hive

Known for their small-batch and seasonally-driven ice cream in flavours like Whiskey Hazelnut, Tahitian Vanilla, Salted Caramel, and Mint Chip, Earnest also draws raves for their wide array of vegan options on their rotating and ever-changing menu, too.

Earnest launched in 2012, and has a commitment to sustainability and offers pints in glass jars you can return for re-use.

Stay tuned for more details about the opening of their North Vancouver location. Hopefully they will be scooping before we have to say goodbye to summer; looks like they are aiming for an August 1 debut.
