Holy mother of cheeseburgers, Vancouver is about to get a new spot to grab one seriously epic looking patty.
Downlow Burgers, a weekly burger pop-up, will be launching on October 1 in the uber-popular Downlow Chicken Shack, located at 905 Commercial Drive.

If you ever had the chance to bite into one of the burgers from the now-shuttered Merchant’s Workshop (formerly run by the same owners as Downlow Chicken) then you know what drool-worthy creations we’ll be in for with this new pop-up.
There will be over six different kinds of burgers up for order, ranging in price anywhere from $10 to $13, along with add-ons like fries and cold smoked onion rings – aka the best onion rings you’ve had in your life.
One variety you can expect for sure is The Classic Smash made from Two River’s dry-aged ground beef, Canadian cheddar cheese, ketchup, mustard, pickles, and onions served on a potato bun from Livia Sweets.
You can also get the much-loved Merchants Burger, arguably one of the best burgers in the city, and housemade sweet tea.
We recommend marking your calendars and getting in line October 1, because these are some of the most epic, beefy creations we’ve tasted in a while
