Holy mother of cheeseburgers, Vancouver is about to get a new spot to grab one seriously epic looking patty.

Downlow Burgers, a weekly burger pop-up, will be launching on October 1 in the uber-popular Downlow Chicken Shack, located at 905 Commercial Drive.

If you ever had the chance to bite into one of the burgers from the now-shuttered Merchant’s Workshop (formerly run by the same owners as Downlow Chicken) then you know what drool-worthy creations we’ll be in for with this new pop-up.

There will likely be four different kinds of burgers up for order, ranging in price anywhere from $9 to $13.

One variety you can expect for sure is The Classic Smash made from Two River’s dry-aged ground beef, Canadian cheddar cheese, ketchup, mustard, pickles, and onions served on a potato bun from Livia Sweets.

We’ll keep you posted on more details as they come, but if we were you, we’d start stretching out our stomachs in preparation for this new foodie destination.
