There's a new all-you-can-eat Indian buffet in Vancouver
There’s a new spot to get dosa and curry in the West End, and its got a killer lunch deal for first-time (and returning) lunchtime patrons to bite into.
Aptly named Dosa & Curry on Davie, the Indo Chinese fusion eatery opened July 13 at 1188 Davie Street.
- 4 new Indian restaurants opening soon in Vancouver
- Where to get the best cold ramen in Metro Vancouver
- Tandoori Flame is offering buy-one-get-one-free curry at its takeaway bar this week
Aside from the obvious selection South and East Indian grub (they’ve got 30 varieties of dosa on the menu), this new spot offers a $15 all-you-can-eat lunch buffet daily from 11 am to 3 pm – yes, even on weekends.
The AYCE spread will include a variety of curries like butter chicken, fish curry, lamb curry, chicken tandoori, Paneer tikka, spinach paneer, mix veg, and chickpea curry. There will also be chutneys and freshly-baked naan, along with salad and a fruit bar.
If you had your eye on trying this new eatery when it was “coming soon”, this gives you even more of a reason to head in and try their offerings.
Dosa & Curry isn’t the only new Indian food spot coming to the neighbourhood. Mumbai Local is set to open at 1148 Davie Street soon, and so is Horn OK Please, located at 1162 Denman Street.
