Dirty Churro Fries from Hugo's is the dessert poutine of our dreams

They’re churros, piped thin and short, topped with Nutella sauce, lechera (sweetened condensed milk), and a handful of mini marshmallows, and they are basically what sweet poutine dreams are made of. Except swap the fries, gravy, and cheese for all that sweet goodness heaped on those mini churros. Heck yeah!

Called Dirty Churros Fries, the dish is from Hugo’s Churros, which is the same place we all have to thank for the sweet sensation of summer 2015: The Churro Ice Cream Sandwich (one of our favourite treats).

Seriously, that is one crazy trick of the eye. This very portable, very Instagram-friendly, and very inventive creation is at Hugo’s Churros, which this summer set up their permanent location at the McArthur Glen Designer Outlet in Richmond.
