Vote for the 2019 Diners’ Choice Awards this January in Vancouver
Metro Vancouver is one of the best destinations in the world for Chinese food, so it’s safe to say we are excited to vote for our favourite restaurants and dishes during the Diners’ Choice Awards, a part of the 11th Annual Chinese Restaurant Awards.
Celebrating the best of the best when it comes to Chinese and Taiwanese cuisine in this city, 2019 award-winning restaurants will be announced on February 25 at 10 am.

The online nominations for the Diners’ Choice Awards run from January 21 to January 27, where 20 of the most nominated of each category will become the “final nominee list” of that respective category.
After that, online and WeChat voting will be open from January 28 to February 24, with the awards to be revealed the very next day, February 25.

With over 223,000 votes cast over the past ten years for these awards, it’s safe to say the community has a history of coming out and showing love for their favourite eateries and ultimately, showing the more popular establishments dishing out regional Chinese and Taiwanese food.
New categories this year include Cantonese-style Crispy Chicken, Sichuan Chilli Oil Wonton, Tofu Pudding, and Best Dessert Restaurant.

All of the Diners’ Choice Awards Winners will be invited to attend the 11th Annual Chinese Restaurant Awards ceremony, which takes place in April.
All you need to vote is a valid email address, so keep an eye out online for the nominations to open January 21, and get submitting!
