Delish Gluten Free Bakery is opening a Vancouver location (PHOTO)

When the door to one gluten-free bakery closes, another opens.

At least in the case of Delish Gluten Free Bakery, which will be taking the space of the recently-shuttered East Village Bakery at 2166 E Hastings Street.

The bakery, which has a store location in Port Coquitlam, revealed plans for a second Vancouver location to open mid-February.
