Spotted on Craigslist: 'Sweet' Vancouver home for just $2.6 million

If you haven’t started decorating your home yet for the holidays and are figuring that it might just be easier at this point to move into a ready-decorated home, a recent Craigslist posting might be the Christmas miracle you’ve been waiting for.

Sure, while being part of the Vancouver housing market means it comes with a pricey tag of $2,598,000, it’s hard to argue with the amenities this place offers.

It’s also not real.

But hey, in an expensive city like Vancouver we can’t blame someone for trying to cash in on the frenzied real estate market scene here.

After all, one only has to look at the ad to see all the “goodies” this place comes with.

“Kitchen has…Chiclet backsplash and engineered graham cracker flooring… Popcorn ceilings…..Low maintenance bubblegum lawns.”

Hmmm, this house on “Cakewood Drive” is starting to look pretty appetizing after all.

But be warned, according to the posting, this house does suffer from a “mild ant problem.”

Fair enough.
