Spotted on Craigslist: This laneway takes tiny homes to another level in Vancouver

May 31 2017, 11:30 pm

If you consider yourself a “flexible” person when it comes to living situations, this tongue-in-cheek Craigslist ad for a new laneway home may be just what you’re looking for.

And when it comes to tiny homes in the city, this “clean and cute” offering on Craigslist could take the cake.

Not that the poster is unaware of the size restrictions, though.

“Would suit a shorter type or a flexible person,” the ad reads. “Cirque de Soleil types.”

Utilities of course, are not included and subletting the place is not allowed.

As per usual, references are required to live in this little piece of paradise.

But hey, for $375 (is that monthly? Weekly? The ad doesn’t specify,) this might be the best way to get your “foot in the door” when it comes to Vancouver’s housing market.

That is, if you can actually fit your foot in the door.
