During a press conference, Provincial Health Officer Dr. Bonnie Henry said this includes 109 new cases between Friday and Saturday, 81 new cases between Saturday and Sunday, and 79 new cases between Sunday and Monday.

By specific health region, Henry said this equates to 1,651 known cases in Vancouver Coastal Health, 2,739 in Fraser Health, 166 on Vancouver Island, 425 in Interior Health, 127 in Northern Health, and 76 from those who reside outside the province.

Monday’s figures brought the total number of recorded cases in the province to 5,184.
