“The affected client, Vans, acted quickly and responsibly by immediately contacting Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH), and arranged for a deep-cleaning of their store,” says Sheila Luft, General Manager of CF Richmond Centre, in a statement.
“We have been in contact with Vans and Public Health and at this point in time there is no further action required and the building can remain open for business.”
The shopping centre says that they have a number of cleaning measures in place, including sanitizing common and high-touch areas and increasing the number of hand sanitizer stations.
