Cibo Trattoria launches new weekend brunch menu (PHOTOS)
Cibo Trattoria has just launched some new offerings, including a refreshed weekend brunch service, now complete with a self-serve mimosa flight up for order.
The 900 Seymour Street restaurant now offers signature $15 brunch favourites and a selection of brekkie-suited cocktails on Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 2 pm.
Think Ciabatta French Toast and Eggs Benedicts paired with Brunch Affogatos and a house Moda Caesar. Now that sounds like a good morning to us.

In addition to the brunch service, the downtown Vancouver restaurant’s next-door sister spot, Uva Wine & Cocktail Bar, has revealed an expanded selection of daytime offerings with ‘Uva Caffè Bar’.
Patrons can enjoy hot and cold espresso-based beverages, fresh-pressed juices and seasonally inspired fare like sandwiches and bowls daily for dine-in or takeout seven days a week from 7 am to 2 pm.
To celebrate the array of new goodies, Uva’s offering two-for-one espresso drink special until the end of July. Be sure to stop in and check it out for yourself along with the new Cibo brunch service.
