All the winners of the 2019 Diners’ Choice Awards revealed

Metro Vancouver is one of the best destinations in the world for Chinese food, so it’s safe to say we are excited to see what restaurants and dishes were voted for during the 2019 Diners’ Choice Awards, a part of the 11th Annual Chinese Restaurant Awards.

Celebrating the best of the best when it comes to Chinese and Taiwanese cuisine in this city, 2019 award-winning restaurants were announced today at 10 am.

There were over 20 awards to vote for this year, including new categories like Cantonese-style Crispy Chicken, Sichuan Chilli Oil Wonton, Tofu Pudding, and Best Dessert Restaurant.

The online nominations for the Diners’ Choice Awards ran from January 21 to January 27, where 20 of the most nominated of each category became the “final nominee list” of that respective category.

Following this, online and WeChat voting was open from January 28 to February 24, and now the final list of winners has been revealed.

So without further adieu, here are all the winners (and second place honourable mentions) from the 2019 Diners’ Choice Awards.
