Capilano Suspension Bridge closing again at the end of this month

Sep 10 2020, 8:52 pm

After reopening for the summer, following its closure in the spring due to the coronavirus pandemic, the Capilano Suspension Bridge in North Vancouver will be closing again until December at the end of this month.

“After much thought and discussion, we will be pausing operations at the end of the month, September 30, as we anticipate attendance to be minimal during the Fall months of October and November,” reads a statement on the attractions’ website. “We will take this time to plan, prepare and re-open for Canyon Lights, a Vancouver holiday tradition for many families.”

In the meantime, Capilano Suspension Bridge is open from 9 am to 5 pm daily until September 30.

The attraction will reopen again on December 1.
