Deloitte has released its list of Canada’s best-managed companies for 2025, and if you’re looking for a new career path, you’re in luck because many of these workplaces are hiring in B.C.
According to Deloitte, the companies that receive the award undergo a “rigorous and independent process,” with leadership judged on strategy, workforce and talent, capability and innovation, governance, and financial performance.
The multidisciplinary judging panel also analyzed applicants in areas like talent recruitment and retention, ESG and DEI strategies, and purpose in local and Indigenous communities.
