The Brain on Drugs: An Inside Look at Opioid Addiction

  • What: Many countries around the world are currently battling an opioid epidemic and knowing the science behind addictions is one way to help you and your community mitigate harm. This talk by Dr. Deyar Asmaro in partnership with Capilano Universit will introduce biological and pharmacological concepts that are relevant to understanding addiction behaviour.

Speaking With Spirits – A Writing Workshop
