Burger King launches SpongeBob-inspired menu across Canada — and it includes a Krabby Whopper
As part of the promotion for the new The SpongeBob Movie: Search for SquarePants coming to theatres, Burger King has launched a special limited-time SpongeBob SquarePants-inspired menu. And yes, it includes a Krabby Whopper.
SpongeBob’s Krabby Whopper features a flame-grilled patty, American cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions, mayo, and ketchup, all served on a yellow square bun.
“SpongeBob isn’t the only one with square buns,” wrote the fast-food chain on Instagram.

Other highlights from the menu include Mr. Krabs’ Cheesy Coins (crispy coin-shaped tater tots filled with melty cheese on the inside, available in four or eight pieces), Gary’s Strawberry Swirl Sundae (vanilla soft serve topped with strawberry fudge and purple and blue shortbread cookie pieces), and the Pirate’s Sparkling Pineapple Float (pineapple flavoured beverage topped with piña colada flavored cold foam).
For those who want to try a little bit of everything, you’ll be able to order the Bikini Bottom Bundle, which includes all four of these limited-time offerings served in a pineapple-shaped box.
