Bonjour Vietnam Bistro is now open on Fraser Street

A new “secret garden” Vietnamese restaurant is officially open in Vancouver.

It’s called Bonjour Vietnam Bistro, and it’s located at 3944 Fraser Street in the former location of Royal Fortune Restaurant.

Patrons who head here can eventually expect two versions of the menu, and one is entirely vegetarian, although initially, Bonjour will be offering a limited number of items.

Offerings include fresh salad rolls, crispy spring rolls, skewers and salads, noodle bowls, and vermicelli bowls — you name it, Bonjour has it.

There’s also a variety of wrap and roll platters, rice and BBQ dishes, and wok-fried creations on the menu.

Bonjour is now open from Tuesday to Thursday from 5 to 9:30 pm, Friday and Saturday from 5 to 10:30 pm, and Sunday from 5 to 9:30 pm.

Be sure to call ahead for reservations and try Fraser Street’s newest spot. There’s also the option for takeout if you’re not ready to head out on the town just yet.
