A new cafe has opened in Vancouver, and it promises to be open 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Called Bloom Bakery and Cafe, the new cafe is in downtown Vancouver at 767 Seymour St., which was the former location of a Blenz Coffee.

The independent cafe is owned by Shay, a 22-year-old who shared that this has been the biggest project in their life.

“At 22, I’ve taken a leap of faith and invested everything I have into building this dream from the ground up. It’s been months of planning, long days, and countless hours of work, all with the hope of creating a welcoming space where people can gather over great coffee, fresh pastries, and a warm atmosphere,” shared Shay.

On the menu, you’ll be able to find items like the iced strawberry matcha latte, iced banana bread latte, almond croissants, and apple fritters, among many others.

Currently, Bloom is softly open, operating daily from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Following its grand opening, it will be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
